How to read this. On the Mithaq column, "Have" means native today and "Partial" means a meaningful subset has shipped with the rest on the near roadmap, such as third-party OCR connectors. On the DiliTrust column, every cell reflects what DiliTrust itself publishes, checked on 20 August 2026 against the sources listed below. "Via third party" means their own page names an external vendor for that capability. "Not stated" means their public pages do not answer the question either way, and we will not guess on their behalf. We do not claim a competitor lacks something we cannot show they lack.

Where Mithaq pulls ahead

Six reasons GCC boards pick Mithaq.

What follows states Mithaq's current positioning without turning silence on a competitor page into a claim about that product.

Bilingual EN/AR, native
Mithaq supports Arabic and English record fields and a right-to-left Arabic interface. Buyers should validate each required workflow and output in both languages during evaluation.
Sovereign, on-prem
A single-tenant Docker Compose deployment path is published. Offline operation and data boundaries depend on the final identity, notification, integration, backup and update design.
Signing built in, not bolted on
The signing engine is part of Mithaq, so a signature is an object in the same audit trail as the decision it signs. Name, IP, user agent and timestamp are captured per signer. Oman recognises electronic transactions under Royal Decree 69/2008; whether any given signature satisfies a particular requirement is a question for your counsel, not for a vendor page.
WhatsApp OTP login
One-time codes over WhatsApp or email. No passwords to phish, no shared accounts, the channel GCC board members actually use.
Transparent OMR pricing
Published OMR pricing on a public page, not a lead form. The page lists Pro at OMR 50 per month per tenant and an on-premise licence from OMR 3,000 a year.
One integrated suite
Mithaq presents the implemented records in one tenant and one permission model. The matrix above distinguishes implemented, partial and roadmap capabilities.
