Bilingual board management software for Oman and the GCC.
Mithaq keeps your board or committee agenda, attendance, minutes, decisions, actions, documents and audit history in one Arabic and English workspace. Evaluate it in the cloud, on a custom domain, or on infrastructure your organisation controls.
A board management system that respects how the GCC actually works.
Arabic and English board records, right-to-left Arabic, and linked meeting, decision, action and audit history. Compare the hosted and on-premise paths against your written requirements.
What we will and will not claim.
This section used to carry two five-star quotes, one of them from a pilot that is not a customer. Both were invented, so both are gone. Here is what can be checked instead.
One suite. Five pillars. The full governance stack the GCC compares.
Mithaq maps the same five pillars the enterprise suites compete on, Board Portal, Contract Management, Entity Management, Matter Management and Dataroom, into one integrated, bilingual, sovereign-deployable product with a single role matrix, audit log and bill.
Board Portal بوابة المجلس
Meetings before, during and after, with AI minutes, decisions, motions, polls, surveys and signing records in the same audit trail.
Contract Management إدارة العقود
Full contract lifecycle: clause library, version history, sequential approvals, renewal alerts and AI clause-risk analysis.
Entity Management إدارة الكيانات
Group structure, cap table with ownership and vote %, org chart, regulatory filings, disclosures calendar and delegation of authority.
Matter Management إدارة القضايا
Litigation, arbitration, regulatory and advisory matters with counsel, financial exposure, key dates and a board-ready AI status briefing.
Dataroom غرفة البيانات
Versioned document vault with tags, per-file access control, full audit trail, watermarked downloads and usage analytics.
One platform, fifteen sectors. Same governance backbone, sector-aware modules.
Mithaq adapts to who you are. A sport federation sees Athletes and Selections. A hospital board does not. An education board sees term calendars and curriculum committees. A bank board sees risk register and audit committee. The governance backbone (meetings, decisions, audit, members, documents) is the same everywhere.
Who runs on Mithaq.
One named public deployment in Oman. Open the live site and verify the relationship directly.
That is the customer list, in full, as of today. It will be added to here as it grows, and not before. If you would like your board on it, ask for a demo.
Use one source for current plan information.
The pricing page carries the current public plan information. On-premise infrastructure, implementation, support and commercial scope are confirmed only after the technical requirements are defined.
Questions buyers actually ask.
Eight things every legal team, IT lead and board chair brings up in the first call.
What is Mithaq?
Mithaq is Arabic and English board management software for meetings, attendance, minutes, decisions, assigned actions, documents and audit history. It is a BHD Group product developed in Muscat for organisations in Oman and the GCC.
What records does Mithaq keep together?
Mithaq links the agenda, meeting papers, attendance, quorum context, minutes, decisions, votes, assigned actions and later changes. The purpose is to keep the evidence for one governance cycle connected instead of spreading it across unrelated files.
Is Arabic part of the board record?
Yes. Mithaq provides a right-to-left Arabic interface and supports Arabic and English content in the board workflow. A serious evaluation should test the meeting record and its outputs in both languages, not only the language switch.
Can Mithaq be evaluated in the cloud and on-premise?
Yes. Mithaq has a hosted SaaS path, a custom-domain path on the hosted service, and a single-tenant on-premise mode. The on-premise repository includes a Docker Compose path and local signed-license verification.
Does on-premise automatically mean air-gapped?
No. On-premise describes where and for whom the application runs. Offline operation depends on the final network, identity, notification, backup, update and integration design, so those dependencies must be validated before a deployment commitment.
How should a buyer verify data residency and integrations?
Write the required data location, network boundaries, identity provider, notifications, integrations, backup ownership and recovery process into the evaluation checklist. Mithaq should be assessed against those written requirements for the chosen deployment.
Where is current plan and pricing information published?
Use the pricing page as the source for current public plan information. On-premise infrastructure, implementation, support and commercial scope are confirmed only after the technical requirements are defined.
Who provides Mithaq?
Mithaq is a product of BHD Group. The site identifies Bin Haider Darwish LLC as the parent organisation and keeps that relationship consistent in its Organization and SoftwareApplication structured data.
