Mithaq · ميثاق

mithaq.om
Pricing Published in full on a public page in OMR, including the tier comparison table. Our pricing page
On-premise A single-tenant Docker deployment path exists. Network, identity, notification and backup dependencies must be validated for each deployment. Our on-premise page
Arabic Arabic and English on the same record, and this site itself is served as two real URL trees with reciprocal alternates.
Where the data sits The hosted path currently uses EU infrastructure, while the on-premise path runs on the customer's servers. Data location is confirmed in the deployment scope.

Diligent

diligent.com
Pricing No published prices. The pricing page is a lead form. https://www.diligent.com/pricing
On-premise States the platform is SaaS. No on-premise option published. https://www.diligent.com/trust
Arabic No Arabic-language site. Their sitemap lists seven locales, none Arabic. What languages the product interface supports is not published, so we make no claim about it. https://www.diligent.com/sitemap.xml
Where the data sits Published data-residency regions are US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Brazil and South Africa. No Middle East region is listed. https://www.diligent.com/trust

On-premise Not addressed on their public pages either way. https://www.boardeffect.com/platform/
Arabic No Arabic-language site. Every sitemap file is en-us only. Product interface languages are not published. https://www.boardeffect.com/sitemap.xml

DiliTrust

dilitrust.com
Pricing No pricing page. Their FAQ says plans are tailored to each organisation. https://www.dilitrust.com/faq/
On-premise Advertises sovereign hosting options. On-premise is not addressed either way, so we do not claim it is absent. https://www.dilitrust.com/dilitrust-governance-suite/board-portal/
Arabic They publish two different figures. Their FAQ lists six languages, French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese. A separate article on the same site says of DiliTrust Exec, "This tool supports more than 15 languages including Arabic." That article is dated December 2024 and names a legacy product, and their own website carries no Arabic locale at all, its hreflang set is de, en, es, fr-CA, fr-FR, it. Of the four vendors here they are the only one publishing an Arabic claim, and we say so. https://www.dilitrust.com/dubai-government-go-to-paperless/
Where the data sits States servers across Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. A July 2026 post names the UAE and Saudi Arabia specifically and says the suite has been hosted locally in the Emirates since 2017. https://www.dilitrust.com/dilitrust-expands-strategy-local-hosting-mea/

Nasdaq Boardvantage

nasdaq.com
Pricing A dedicated pricing page headlined "One price, no upcharges" that states "Pricing is transparent and all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or upcharges, ever" and carries no figure. The call to action is Book a Demo. https://www.nasdaq.com/products/governance/boardvantage/pricing
On-premise Yes, and they are the only vendor here besides us who publishes it. The SoftwareApplication featureList on their information-security page reads "Single Sign-On, SaaS Hosting, On-Premise Hosting". The visible copy on that page describes third-party data-centre hosting, so ask them which applies to your contract. https://www.nasdaq.com/products/governance/boardvantage/features/information-security
Arabic An Arabic marketing page exists and is machine translation served left-to-right: it declares lang="ar-xm" dir="ltr", their config labels it "Arabic Modern Standard (AI)", Arabic is absent from the visible language menu, and their disclaimer says "the original English text prevails". No claim is made that the application has an Arabic interface, and we do not claim it lacks one. https://www.nasdaq.com/ar-xm/products/governance/boardvantage
Where the data sits The strongest of the three. A dedicated UAE page states the product is "now hosted locally on Microsoft Azure in Dubai". No Oman, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait or Bahrain page exists in their product sitemap. https://www.nasdaq.com/products/governance/boardvantage/uae

What you will not find on this page: a claim that a rival product lacks a capability we cannot show it lacks. All four are mature and capable, and most of what they do is not published on their public pages. The comparison above is deliberately confined to what each vendor publishes about itself, because that is the only part we, or any reader, can check.
